This elevated, non-alcoholic Lemon Drop is simultaneously sharp, sweet, and refreshing. With our Twilight Festiva tea, it can serve as a fabulous day or night pick-me-up.
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of cucumber
- 1 slice of lemon
- 30ml of lemon juice
- 15ml of elderflower syrup
- Dash of rose water
- 60ml of chilled Twilight Festiva tea
- Rose petals (for garnish)
Method:
- Place the cucumber, lemon, syrup, and rose water in a cocktail shaker.
- Muddle the ingredients.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Pour the drink into a cocktail glass over ice.
- Top it up with chilled Twilight Festiva tea and rose petals for garnish.
