Lemon Drop

This elevated, non-alcoholic Lemon Drop is simultaneously sharp, sweet, and refreshing. With our Twilight Festiva tea, it can serve as a fabulous day or night pick-me-up. 

Ingredients:

• 1 slice of cucumber
• 1 slice of lemon
• 30ml of lemon juice
• 15ml of elderflower syrup
• Dash of rose water
• 60ml of chilled Twilight Festiva tea
• Rose petals (for garnish)

Method:

1. Place the cucumber, lemon, syrup, and rose water in a cocktail shaker. 
2. Muddle the ingredients.
3. Add ice and shake well. 
4. Pour the drink into a cocktail glass over ice.
5. Top it up with chilled Twilight Festiva tea and rose petals for garnish.
