We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $59.

For orders below this threshold, applicable shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email with relevant shipping details.

Delivery Timeframes

All delivery timelines provided to you at checkout or via communication are estimates only and are shared in good faith. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, actual shipping times may vary due to external factors, including carrier delays, beyond our control.

Domestic Shipping Only

At this time, Brook 37 ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping on our website yet. If you are interested to purchase from outside the USA, please write directly to us at info@brook37.com.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to enjoy your tea experience with confidence.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your product under the following conditions:

• The tea must be unopened and unused to get a full refund. If opened, only a store credit can be generated upon request.
• The return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
• The reverse shipping charge must be borne by the purchaser.

You’ll need to provide the order number to initiate a return or refund. Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed accordingly.
