Once you have created your account, you will instantly be awarded 200 Points to kick off your collection. You will be able to manage your rewards and referrals whenever you are logged into your Brook37 Rewards account.

No. If you already have an account, then you have already been enrolled into the Brook37 Rewards and your points balance will be immediately available. Simply log into your account to see your balance.

Once you have created an account, your Brook37 Rewards account is accessed via the Loyalty Rewards Programme launcher at the bottom of the page.

You will be able to see all your activities, what your points balance is, redeem your points and what rewards are available. Also, from here is where you can refer a friend.

You will be kept up to date via email when earning points, redeeming a reward or receiving a reward for a completed referral.

It's easy and free! Every time you shop, you'll earn 5 points for every $1 you spend. Points earned from a purchase will be added to your balance straight after you have completed your order, ready for your next visit.

No. Points are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who earned them. However, feel free to redeem your points for a discount coupon which you can give to someone who wishes to make a purchase from our online store.

No. Friend referral rewards can only be used by new customers who receive a referral code from an existing Brook37 Rewards member.

No. Only one discount code/reward can be used at the time.

Any points associated with that order will be deducted from your Brook37 Rewards account balance.

If you or one of your referrals recently cancelled a purchase or made a return, this could affect your account balance.
