Ingredients:
- 60ml of chilled black tea infused with star anise
- 60ml of whiskey
- 10ml of honey
- 30ml of lime juice
- 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Method:
- Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Add ice and shake well.
- Pour the drink into a whiskey glass over ice.
