Maichai

Your favorite tiki drink, reimagined! Our Maichai combines the irresistible warmth of chai with the freshness of lime and Angostura bitters. 

Ingredients: 

• 60ml of chilled black tea infused with star anise
• 60ml of whiskey
• 10ml of honey
• 30ml of lime juice
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters 

Method: 

1. Pour all of the ingredients into a cocktail shaker. 
2. Add ice and shake well. 
3. Pour the drink into a whiskey glass over ice.
