Ingredients

  • 1 oz Chilled Brook37 Pink Rose Strawberry Tea (strongly brewed)
  • 0.5 oz Elderflower liqueur (e.g., St. Germain)
  • 4 oz Chilled Champagne
  • Garnish: Strawberry slice or edible rose petal

Instructions

  • Brew Pink Rose Strawberry Tea (double strength), cool, and chill.
  • In a Champagne flute, pour in the tea and elderflower liqueur.
  • Slowly top with Champagne.
  • Gently stir once and garnish with a strawberry slice or rose petal.
