Blushing Bellini With Prosecco

Ingredients

  • 1 oz Chilled Brook37 Pink Rose Strawberry Tea
  • 4 oz Prosecco (dry)
  • Garnish: Basil leaf or thin strawberry wedge

Instructions

  • Brew and chill Pink Rose Strawberry Tea.
  • In a flute or coupe glass add the tea.
  • Slowly top with chilled Prosecco.
  • Stir gently and garnish with basil or a thin strawberry slice on the rim.
