Blushing Bellini With Prosecco
Ingredients
- 1 oz Chilled Brook37 Pink Rose Strawberry Tea
- 4 oz Prosecco (dry)
- Garnish: Basil leaf or thin strawberry wedge
Instructions
- Brew and chill Pink Rose Strawberry Tea.
- In a flute or coupe glass add the tea.
- Slowly top with chilled Prosecco.
- Stir gently and garnish with basil or a thin strawberry slice on the rim.
