Ingredients
- 1 Phyllis Earl Grey Tea bag (or 1 tsp loose leaf)
- 1½ Cup hot water (about 200°F / 93°C)
- ½ Cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1–2 tsp Sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
- ½ tsp Vanilla extract
- Brew the tea
- Steep the Phyllis Earl Grey Tea in hot water for 3–5 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.
- Heat the milk until steaming (do not boil).
- Froth it using a frother, whisk, or by shaking in a heatproof jar.
- Stir sugar or honey and vanilla extract into the hot tea.
- Pour the frothed milk over the tea.
- Optionally, sprinkle a little lavender or cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
