Ingredients

  • 1 Phyllis Earl Grey Tea bag (or 1 tsp loose leaf)
  • 1½ Cup hot water (about 200°F / 93°C)
  • ½ Cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1–2 tsp Sugar or honey (optional, to taste)
  • ½ tsp Vanilla extract
  • Brew the tea
  • Steep the Phyllis Earl Grey Tea in hot water for 3–5 minutes, depending on how strong you like it.
  • Heat the milk until steaming (do not boil).
  • Froth it using a frother, whisk, or by shaking in a heatproof jar.
  • Stir sugar or honey and vanilla extract into the hot tea.
  • Pour the frothed milk over the tea.
  • Optionally, sprinkle a little lavender or cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
