I was genuinely so happy to snag this before it sold out—and I still can’t believe how fast it went. I drink this one plain, and you can really appreciate how bold yet smooth it is. Full-bodied and comforting with a honey cocoa sweetness. Hands down my favorite Assam!

I’m a big lover of Assam so was anxious to try it. It certainly did not disappoint. I brewed 2.5 g of leaves in freshly boiled water for four minutes.
This result was a perfect hearty brew, full flavored and not at all bitter. Up to the usual high standards of Brook37 for sure. I certainly hope there is more on offer sometime soon for additional
I absolutely loved this tea. Very flavorful. Bold. Delicious.
I hope this tea will be available again soon. The fragrance lends a sweet honey maltiness, and I could also taste those notes when I steeped the tea. I especially enjoy mine with milk and sugar, since it’s a bold brew. But this tea is smooth without those additions, if that’s your preference. If you’re a fan of breakfast tea blends or Assam in general, you should definitely pick this version up! If you like low/no astringency, but a bold flavor profile, this is an ideal Assam. This brand always delivers top-notch freshness and quality, in beautiful packaging as well.

If you’re looking for the perfect example of an Assam tea then this is it! Assam is my tea of choice, I drink it everyday. I love trying single Estate Assam teas and in my opinion this really is the best. It also holds up extremely well to the addition of milk.

This is a fantastic herbal blend!
I brewed this herbal blend hot using their recommended temperature and time (194F, 5mins). This is a spiced hibiscus blend that was a delight to drink—juicy, tart, and spiced. I do love hibiscus, so this was a winner from the start for me. I was scared about the addition of the licorice, but I didn’t taste it (which is yet another testament to the blending genius that is Brook37). I do however get a gorgeous sweetly spiced blend here—my tastebuds get a lot of the ginger and the cinnamon alongside the bright, juicy hibiscus. The dandelion deepens up the brew, but it isn’t overpowering at all. Delicious!! I think this would also make a gorgeous iced tea and I can also see it as a great addition to lemonade.

Sweet Ceylon Spicy Berry - is now Spicy Berry Detox?
My first thought when I saw the name of this tea is - I'm going to like this one! Brooks 37 - did not disappoint - this is a very flavorful Tisane.
When I opened the individual package I could smell berry.
I took a few pics and set it aside in the office to get ready to write this review. When I returned the entire room had a beautiful scent of the tisane tea. When I tasted the tisane it was very well balanced with fruit forward and the spices and cinnamon gently adding a very well balanced brew. I would recommend this detox brew to anyone who would enjoy a caffeine free beverage.
This blend was so good and smelled so delicious! It was beautifully balanced and so fragrant with sweet fruity notes but also was slightly tart from the hibiscus with a gentle spice from the ginger and cinnamon. There's also a hint of fennel lingering in the background that I really enjoyed. I didn't think this needed anything added to it, it was delicious on its own. Highly recommend trying this one!
