I brewed this herbal blend hot using their recommended temperature and time (194F, 5mins). This is a spiced hibiscus blend that was a delight to drink—juicy, tart, and spiced. I do love hibiscus, so this was a winner from the start for me. I was scared about the addition of the licorice, but I didn’t taste it (which is yet another testament to the blending genius that is Brook37). I do however get a gorgeous sweetly spiced blend here—my tastebuds get a lot of the ginger and the cinnamon alongside the bright, juicy hibiscus. The dandelion deepens up the brew, but it isn’t overpowering at all. Delicious!! I think this would also make a gorgeous iced tea and I can also see it as a great addition to lemonade.

Sweet Ceylon Spicy Berry - is now Spicy Berry Detox?
My first thought when I saw the name of this tea is - I'm going to like this one! Brooks 37 - did not disappoint - this is a very flavorful Tisane.
When I opened the individual package I could smell berry.

I took a few pics and set it aside in the office to get ready to write this review. When I returned the entire room had a beautiful scent of the tisane tea. When I tasted the tisane it was very well balanced with fruit forward and the spices and cinnamon gently adding a very well balanced brew. I would recommend this detox brew to anyone who would enjoy a caffeine free beverage.

This blend was so good and smelled so delicious! It was beautifully balanced and so fragrant with sweet fruity notes but also was slightly tart from the hibiscus with a gentle spice from the ginger and cinnamon. There's also a hint of fennel lingering in the background that I really enjoyed. I didn't think this needed anything added to it, it was delicious on its own. Highly recommend trying this one!

The aroma is sweet and vibrant. The blend is a very thoughtful combination of earthy and sweet, complex without overdoing it. The finish has a slight lingering hints of fennel and licorice with an essence of cinnamon. A nice, relaxing, naturally decaffeinated tisane blend to sip before bed, after a meal to calm your tummy, or just a nice treat.

I really like that Brook37 is small woman own company that is dedicated to sustainability practices.

The packaging is very elegant and I love that the bags are biodegradable.

Today I’m tasting Sweet Ceylon Spicy Berry from Brook37, an herbal tisane. This tea was gifted to me by the company, but all thoughts and opinions are entirely my own.

I was impressed from the start — each individually wrapped sachet has a full list of ingredients, as well as a simple description. The packaging is aesthetically pleasing and informative, but not overwhelming.

The sachet was large and about 1/3 full of large pieces of spices and herbs. This blend has the quality of a full leaf blend with the ease of a sachet. The sachet itself is large enough so that the herbs have enough room to expand while steeping. This allows for a fuller, richer taste, and is something I always appreciate with bagged teas/tisanes.

I steeped this for 4 minutes at 195F, and the resulting infusion was a soft, rose gold color.

Sipping this tisane, I’m met with a pleasant, subtle sweetness. I taste a berry-like fruitiness that mingles beautifully with spices — cinnamon brings warmth to the cup, licorice root and fennel smooth out and sweeten the blend.

Much like yesterday’s blend, I’m impressed with how well this is blended. I’m not a fan of hibiscus in a hot infusion, and it’s often overdone because of its brilliant, ruby-red color. However, it’s used appropriately in this blend. It brings a soft pinkish hue to the resulting infusion, and adds a soft pop of tartness to the taste. The hibiscus doesn’t overwhelm any of the other components of the cup. The final brew is cohesive and delicious. It’s delightful on its own, but I can see this being lovely with a little honey as well. It’s caffeine-free too, so it’s perfect for all-day sipping.

This tea is bright and refreshing. I tried it both hot and cold. Both were delectable. When I chilled it and put it over ice, it kind of mellowed the spice flavors and brought up more of the hibiscus/berry flavors. I then added a very small amount of fabulous honey to the hot brew. I am not normally one to add any kind of sweetener to my tea, but I felt like they would complement each other well. And they did. The honey bread out a bit more of that sweet berry taste.
I personally love the flavors of all the roots and herbs. It gives it a nice earthy back bone to hold up the sweet berry spiciness.

This is a delightful chamomile blend! The blend itself is so visually stunning—beautiful whole flowers and botanicals. I brewed this herbal blend hot using their recommended temperature and time (194F, 5mins). This is a chamomile blend with a refreshing twist of spearmint. I get the tiniest hint of the lavender, but I don’t really taste the rose or the valerian. This was a very relaxing brew, and I really enjoyed it coming from someone who just thinks chamomile is alright—which is a testament to the fantastic blending skills of Brook37. If you like chamomile, I think you will enjoy this elevated chamomile blend.

Renamed with intention and refined with care, Chamomile Mint delivers exactly what it promises: calm, clarity, and balance. Chamomile leads the cup with soft, soothing florals, while spearmint and lavender follow gently, adding freshness and harmony without overwhelming the senses.

Large, whole chamomile blossoms anchor each sachet, signaling quality and thoughtful sourcing. The infusion is smooth and composed, never heavy or overly sedating, with spearmint lifting the blend to keep it light and elegant.

This was such a beautiful blend! I loved seeing all of the flowers. It brewed up a lovely yellow color. I really enjoyed this one, it was so soothing and calming. The chamomile was the star in this blend, and the lavender and spearmint were more subtle but went really well together. Perfect tea to have before bed!

It has a lovely floral aroma. The chamomile mingles nicely with the mint and floral undertones. The valerian root isn’t overly present which is nice. I am delighted that passion flower is included in this blend. This is a beverage that I would gravitate to if I was feeling anxious or simply want to relax and get nice and sleepy before bed.

Brooks 37 - Chamomile Mint (Floral Mint) -

This brew contains chamomile, lavender, rose, spearmint, valerian root and passionflower. With all these flowers it has a lovely scent.
Chamomile is known for helping with better sleep so I really appreciate that I can sip this tea any time of day.
If you enjoy floral tea this is a good one to try.

Sipping this tisane, I taste chamomile first and most. I’m not a huge chamomile lover, but I find myself really enjoying this blend. The spearmint brings a relaxing, cooling aspect to the cup and subdues some of the intense floral-herbal taste that I don’t love about chamomile. The lavender is subtle but present. I don’t taste much rose or passionflower.

I’m impressed at how well this is blended (but not surprised — it’s consistent with the quality I’ve come to know and expect from Brook37). Valerian root usually has a very pungent taste, but I don’t taste it at all. It’s disguised by the other elements. This blend is so calming and soothing, and I’ll definitely be making another cup before bed tonight.

It’s a fabulous fusion of chamomile with a hint of spearmint. I’m not sure I get much lavender or any rose coming through but i slept well last night.
