My new favorite!

Brook37 Phyllis Earl Grey, would become a new favorite! I've rarely met an Earl Grey that I didn't like, but this is not the tried and true Earl Grey that we already know and love. Phyllis Earl Grey has floral and fruity notes, thanks to the lavender, calendula, and pineapple ingredients, and has a lightness and zing to it that our traditional Earl Greys don't possess. This is a very special tea that somehow combines a classic favorite with some unexpected layers that work together beautifully! Delectable!

The perfect blend for tea party!

This delightful blend is a classic of Earl Grey with a truly unique twist — blending in hints of lavender, pineapple and calendula. Now normally I have had variants of Earl Grey with lavender, and it is a standard for me. But it was the addition of pineapple that truly caught my attention with this blend. And up front I will say it is an ingredient that works. The unique aroma of this blend is very noticeable as soon as you open the canister. It emits a softness but also a tangy but tropical sweetness from the very first moment. A true testament to the needed addition of smell-o-vision because it is just that hypnotic.
In addition to its lovely fragrance and wonderful foundation, I like that Brook37 wanted to bring aspects of well-being with this blend, offering a holistic approach to overall health and vitality.
It is a lighter elegant tasting earl grey where the notes of lavender and bergamot flavoring are succinct. Then the tanginess and sweetness of the pineapple fills the mouth with a pleasant rush. It truly leaves a wonderful sweet aftertaste that plays on the tip of the tongue. This is a blend that would be perfect for a tea party among friends as the blend is truly unique and elegant.

A collection of premium and rare blends, full of flavor and aroma. This series has a range of products with the finest black teas from Darjeeling have been sourced and packed fresh from the garden. The series also has some products where the black tea is blended with 100% natural herb and spice flavors to bring you some of the sensorially uplifting tea experiences. Most of the teas in the Classic Series are sourced from Margaret’s Hope and Nagiri Farm tea gardens in Darjeeling. Margaret’s Hope is located in the Kurseong Valley in Darjeeling, this USDA Organic, RA and ETP certified tea garden is at 5500 feet altitude. Its tea plants are a wonderful combination of China bushes and a few selected segments planted with top quality clones. The garden has two rivers flowing through it. Come spring, the entire valley erupts in a burst of green and the tea bushes yield fresh, vivid, tender tea leaves with fine silvery tips.
