Perfect in its simplicity

I was so excited to try the Epicurean Tea collection after seeing it on the website and I was not disappointed! It came with with four curated and exotic blends of tea! Loved the classy design of the box with the handcrafted infuser.

All the four varieties are exquisite and have their unique flavor but my favorite was the Twilight Festiva. The aroma and delicate flavor was just perfect! It transported me to the foothills of Himalayas, amidst the rolling hills of Darjeeling tea gardens! I prefer light, fragrant Darjeeling tea and also enjoyed the Moonlight Stroll, which has the delicacy and lightness of a first flush. The other varieties were also delectable but my preference is pure Darjeeling tea, perfect in its simplicity!

Our tea leaves from Epicurean Collection are grown in Darjeeling, also known to produce the champagne of the teas. The tea gardens are located at the valleys of Himalaya, at a perfect altitude between 2000 to 5000 ft. All our teas are hand-picked to get the perfect combination of two leaves and a bud. Our teas are directly sourced from the gardens, cutting the middlemen. We also purchase teas from exclusive small batches of bushes, that makes our tea unique and unparalleled. We only work with gardens that are Rainforest certified and practice ethical and sustainable farming.

Our infusers are 100% handmade by artisans from India, who are in this business for generations. The infusers are specially designed by Brook37 for our long-leafy teas. We have embraced the skills from bygone era and blended it with modern design. Each infuser is unique and has a story behind it. It takes 3 days to perfect one infuser by an artisan.
