I had this one in my cart and talked myself out of it. This is the third tea I’ve had from Brook37 but as with the others, this one did not disappoint. I found this to be a rather complex tea and had to tell myself to quit trying to figure out all the notes and just enjoy it. The dry leaves are beautiful quality in both appearance and smell. The tea itself is a perfect champagne color. The smell in your cup: a combination of citrus (bergamot came to mind) and a floral I could not pinpoint. Flavors: a bit of plum, peach, and possibly fig with just a whisper of citrus. I cannot imagine adding anything to this tea as far as milk, cream, or sweeteners but to each their own. I’d order more of this in a heartbeat. (And I still may!)
