Moonlight Stroll is the rarest tea in our collection. It is grown in Darjeeling in the foothills of the Himalayas, at a height of over 4000 feet. It is handpicked only on a full moon night, and it never sees the sunlight after the plucking. These velvety Oolong leaves, along with thick silvery buds give out a sweet flowery aromatic fragrance with a refreshing, invigorating natural flavor of tea.
Color: Bright sparkling amber.
Taste & Flavor: Delightful floral specialty notes with very smooth and sweet fruit taste. Can feel hints of mango pulpy fruity aroma with flowery finish.
A great afternoon tea. Best enjoyed without milk.
Camellia Sinensis (tea leaves)
Twilight Festiva is a Mystic Oolong tea. This is a beautifully bloomed tea with stylish well twisted leaves. There is an abundance of delicate golden tips that bring a musky woody aroma to the cup. This Darjeeling tea is grown at the elevation of 5000 feet in the mountains of Himalayas.
Color: Amber
Taste & Flavor: Medium bodied tea with woody notes and flavours of grape and mixed berries. Long lasting taste with a delightful smooth honey floral aftertaste.

Our signature Lemongrass Chai is a fusion between India's Chai tea and South East Asia's lemongrass. This punchy yet sweet flavored tea will keep you warm on a snowy winter morning as well as on a cold cozy evening with friends.
Color: Bright golden cup without milk.
Taste & Flavor: Brisky and malty with the warmth of herbal spices and lemongrass. A ginger-based character with the combination of lemongrass gives it a unique sweet and spicy aftertaste.
If brewed hot, it is a great tea for cold weather. Can be used as an iced tea also on a hot summer day.

Our fusion version of this blend is created by our award winning tea blender. Lavender Earl Grey brings a modern twist to the traditional earl grey tea with a hint of lavender. A perfect tea to celebrate, whether you are alone or with friends.

Perfect in its simplicity

I was so excited to try the Epicurean Tea collection after seeing it on the website and I was not disappointed! It came with with four curated and exotic blends of tea! Loved the classy design of the box with the handcrafted infuser.

All the four varieties are exquisite and have their unique flavor but my favorite was the Twilight Festiva. The aroma and delicate flavor was just perfect! It transported me to the foothills of Himalayas, amidst the rolling hills of Darjeeling tea gardens! I prefer light, fragrant Darjeeling tea and also enjoyed the Moonlight Stroll, which has the delicacy and lightness of a first flush. The other varieties were also delectable but my preference is pure Darjeeling tea, perfect in its simplicity!

Sourcing Story

Our tea leaves from Epicurean Collection are grown in Darjeeling, also known to produce the champagne of the teas. The tea gardens are located at the valleys of Himalaya, at a perfect altitude between 2000 to 5000 ft. All our teas are hand-picked to get the perfect combination of two leaves and a bud. Our teas are directly sourced from the gardens, cutting the middlemen. We also purchase teas from exclusive small batches of bushes, that makes our tea unique and unparalleled. We only work with gardens that are Rainforest certified and practice ethical and sustainable farming.

Our infusers are 100% handmade by artisans from India, who are in this business for generations. The infusers are specially designed by Brook37 for our long-leafy teas. We have embraced the skills from bygone era and blended it with modern design. Each infuser is unique and has a story behind it. It takes 3 days to perfect one infuser by an artisan.
