Today sampling is Majestic Muscatel from Brook37. Brook37 Tea Atelier. Brewed to absolute perfection, Majestic Muscatel unveils a luminous, golden amber liquor that is delicate yet dignified. Each sip is an indulgent dance of brisk vitality and gentle grace, revealing an exquisite harmony of floral and muscatel notes that linger like a whispered secret. The aroma is a masterpiece in itself: an opulent bouquet of wild blossoms, aged wood, and subtle sweetness intertwined with a trace of rare musk fragrance reminiscent of mist-kissed Himalayan slopes. Every infusion is an invitation to linger in luxury, to savor the rare sophistication that only the finest Darjeeling leaves can bestow. Majestic Muscatel is not merely tea. It is an experience, a moment of serenity steeped in splendor. This is another brook37 tea I am absolutely in love with.
On this chilly Saturday morning having a cup of Sunset in Hollywood from Brook37. Added a little sugar to the Darjeeling Second Flush Black Tea.
From Brook37’s Ambrosia Collection comes a wellness blend that proves healthy and delicious can coexist. Sweet Ceylon Spicy Berry is a caffeine-free herbal infusion bursting with vibrant hibiscus and sweet Ceylon cinnamon, grounded by earthy botanicals like nettle and dandelion root.
The result is a ruby-red cup that’s fruity, spiced, and subtly floral — a comforting balance of tart and warmth that evokes cozy winter nights and festive nostalgia. Perfect for any time of day, it’s both restorative and indulgent — a beautiful example of Brook37’s mastery of tea artistry.
Today’s sampling is Ivory Wonder from Brook37. Brook37 Tea Atelier This is actually one of my top 5 favorite white teas. It’s unflavored and perfect alone or with flavors added. It also makes an amazing iced tea. Hot or cold, I sweeten it with sugar. It’s very delicate yet flavorful at the same time but not overwhelming if that makes sense. I recommend adding this tea to your collection if you haven’t already done so.
Todays sampling is Chocolate Hangover from Brook37 Brook37 Tea Atelier. This decadent blend of chocolate and ginger spice creates a beautifully balanced cup — sweet yet gently spicy. Crafted to calm stress, enhance memory, and uplift your mood, it’s a perfect choice to start your day with warmth and focus. As soon as you open the package, a luxurious chocolate aroma fills the air, accented by a subtle note of ginger that invites you in. For those new to ashwagandha tea, this blend is a pleasant surprise — the adaptogenic root harmonizes effortlessly with the rich cacao and lively spice, creating a smooth, comforting experience.
This tea is revitalizing with enough complexity to keep each cup interesting. It’s versatile enough to enjoy hot, lightly sweetened, or even creamy, making it a tea I’d happily reach for any time.
Upon opening the package, I was greeted by a pleasant earthy, cinnamon, and chocolate aroma. 🌿🍫
The brew itself had a sweet black tea base—strongly spiced with deep chocolate notes. It’s cinnamon-forward and naturally sweetened with licorice, though the licorice isn’t discernible in the taste.
I tried my second cup with organic whole milk and a teaspoon of local honey. The chocolate and spiced taste became richer and creamier—a delicious chocolate-spiced dessert tea! 🍯☕
If you enjoy Chocolate Chai, this expertly blended tea from Brook37 is sure to delight. 🌟
From the moment I opened the packaging, the earthy blend was slightly peppery and overall complex but fully embracing the senses. After reading the ingredients, I felt this was a tea that I could feel good about drinking not just for the relaxation but for the potential wellness benefits.
This was not a chocolate forward tea but a very well balanced blend with a harmonious lingering sensation that was a bit spicy but warm and gentle with nothing overpowering the senses. I prefer to add a bit of sweetness to this blend to bring out the cocoa flavors and soften the earthiness just a nudge for my personal preference.
I enjoyed my tea from Brook37 so much yesterday that I was really pumped to try another today: a black-tea-based flavored blend entitled “Chocolate Hangover” 🫢🤤
It is aptly named, because the chocolate in this is simply divine! It pairs well with the ginger and cinnamon, too, and features ashwagandha - an ingredient I have a secret obsession with. It’s an adaptogenic superfood that helps the body deal with stress… and it also happens to enhance anything chocolatey. Yum!! The overall effect is a really tasty tea that’s good any time of year, but particularly now with all the spiced teas! I must have more!! 😃😋😍🙌🏻🍁🍂🫖🍵🤎
Brook37 Tea Atelier masterfully blends luxury and wellness in Chocolate Hangover, a restorative tea that’s as grounding as it is indulgent. Crafted with 100% natural herbs, spices, and botanicals, this blend balances rich cacao shells with earthy roots and warming spices.
Ashwagandha anchors the blend with calm, while turmeric, ginger, and black pepper add warmth and vitality. Licorice root softens the edges with natural sweetness, creating a cup that’s both complex and comforting.
The aroma is earthy and soothing with a whisper of dark chocolate, evoking that post-adventure or post-party reset. Each sip reveals new layers—spice, sweetness, and a subtle chocolate depth—making it far more than your average “wellness tea.”
Chocolate Hangover is a luxurious ritual for balance, clarity, and renewal—perfect for any moment that calls for both restoration and indulgence.
Upon opening the package, a gentle, refined floral aroma unfolds—subtle yet captivating. I steeped one teaspoon at 185°F for three minutes to preserve its nuanced fragrance and delicate character. The infusion reveals a luminous saffron hue, elegant and inviting. On the palate, this tea is exquisitely smooth and softly sweet, balanced by a whisper of astringency that adds dimension without disrupting its grace. Each sip encourages a moment of quiet indulgence—a pause to appreciate its tranquil beauty.
It’s been a cooler here in Texas, so I decided to enjoy this tea hot and it was absolutely lovely. The aroma alone is so soothing and fresh, setting the tone for a calm start to the day. The flavor is light, delicately sweet, and beautifully pure. The fact that this tea is just white tea and nothing else truly speaks wonders. It’s amazing how something so simple can taste so refined. I paired this with a cucumber sandwich, and it made for such a peaceful and refreshing moment.
This is a lovely infusion of smooth black tea, rich chocolate flavor, spicy ginger and black pepper notes, and subtle cinnamon and licorice sweetness. I love the simultaneous relaxing and energizing properties of the additional herbs in this tea - this is truly an expertly crafted blend for the mind and body! It’s very warming hot and could be delicious as a dessert tea. It’s a nice chocolatey treat iced as well! Definitely give this a try if you enjoy chocolate black tea blends and if you are looking for a way to nourish your mind!
It’s a comforting, balanced tea that feels both rejuvenating and relaxing in every sip.
I enjoyed this just as is first, the added a dash of milk to bring out that chocolaty goodness. I loved both ways!!
I decided to try this one iced and it did not disappoint! The chocolate and ginger pairs so well together, it was the perfect blend of sweet and spicy. The ginger stands out a bit more then the chocolate. This was so refreshing and I love all of the health benefits this tea has. Definitely try this one iced! So delicious!
