This is a fresh and juicy herbal blend that is a prefect summer tea. I’ve even been known to throw a splash of tequila in this for a fun tea cocktail 🍹!
If you’re looking for a strawberry 🍓 floral blend that is perfect for the warmer days ahead I’d recommend grabbing this blend (along with a few others).

This tea came in the classy cylinder packaging that is distinctive of Brooks37. Sleak black and pink is a great choice for Pink Rose Strawberry Tea. Opening the package is filled with a sweet fruity and floral aroma. The flavors of the hibiscus and rose are miked very well with the sweet strawberries. This tea is a wonderful spring time tea that is is equally good hot and cold. It also makes for a lovely sparkling wine mixer. However you prefer your spring time beverage, this one is a great choice.

This invigorating blend is designed to support focus and revitalization. With a deep chocolate aroma, warming spices, and a smooth, slightly nutty taste, it delivers both flavor and function. Upon opening the scent is earthy and spicy. Brewed 1 teabag | 5 oz | 195 | 4 mins. Once steeped, the deep amber liquor releases a comforting aroma reminiscent of warm spiced cocoa. The first sip is velvety, with nutty cacao layered over warming ginger and cinnamon. The spice is smoothed by the subtle sweetness of licorice, which delicately lingers. While turmeric and ashwagandha arent dominant, they add a some earthiness. With a second steep the boldness softens, revealing more herbal flavors. The cacao becomes more mellow. I also tried this as a tea latte. Adding a bit of frothed milk enhanced the creamy cocoa notes. It made a nice dessert substitute. Notes: I dont usually gravitate toward teas with ginger, licorice, or chocolate flavoring, but this blend pleasantly surprised me. The ginger is smooth rather than sharp, the licorice adds just the right touch of sweetness without overpowering the spices and the dark chocolate flavor is rich and natural. Brook37s new eco-friendly container is sleek and stunning. I appreciate the resealable pouch to keep the tea fresh. Their biodegradable pyramid teabags are generously sized, allowing the tea to fully bloom.

Brook37 Tea Atelier Lemon Ginger Pyramid Tea Bags. The ginger isn't overpowering but has just enough presence to make itself known. Every sip delivers the perfect balance of lemon and ginger. I enjoyed it so much that, after my first taste, I found myself drinking a cup every day! Apparently, I'm not the only fan in my house when I went to brew a cup today, there was only one tea bag left!

I've been thoroughly enjoying this lemon ginger tea for a long time, often drinking it in the colder months or when I'm fighting a cold to give my immunity a boost. However, I recently decided to mix things up and try it cold - and it was amazingly revitalizing! I can easily see it becoming my perfect cold summer beverage on a scorching hot day. With its mellow green tea and citrus and spicy flavor profile, the aroma is truly invigorating. The green tea leaves have been blended with real ginger, lemon myrtle flavor, and two special herbs - sage and tulsi. The ingredients of this blend are known to help boost immunity. I always drink it with a nice big dollop of local honey.

Lemon Ginger is a captivating green tea lemon-ginger blend.
This tea boasts a refined lemon flavor, courtesy of lemon balm and lemon myrtle, rather than lemon fruit. The combination of ginger, sage, and licorice yields a soft-spiced taste with a hint of pepper from the moringa, rendering it both cozy and refreshing.
Furthermore, Brook37 demonstrates a commitment to environmental sustainability through its eco-friendly packaging, plastic neutrality, and membership in 1% for the Planet. Besides wonderful teas, Brook37's environmental policies are the reason I choose to purchase from them.

Brooks37, BrainGlow Cocao Tea arrived nicely packaged. The tea is pre portioned in pyramid tea bags. Apon opening the package the wonderful aroma was sweet and spicy. I prepared the tea with a single tea bag in 8oz of water, steeped for 5 minutes. I did not add any additional elements, such as milk, honey, etc. As I wanted to taste the true flavors of the tea.
Dark chocolate with a hearty spice. Not the kind of spice you get in fall teas. My first sip was enveloped with a sweet and peppery taste. With additional tasting the chocolate had a bit of a roasted flavor and the spicy black pepper has a great finish with a touch of cinnamon and hint of tangy licorice.
BrainGlow Cocao is my first experience with Brooks37. The ingredients, Ashwaganda and Rhodiola Rosea, peaked my interest. I was surprised by how prominent the black pepper is. But, it is well balanced by the chocolate and cinnamon. I love chocolate teas! This one is a great quality, tasty chocolate tea.
Note: my last sip was after the cup ran cold. I will always drink it hot, as the flavor is not as enjoyable cold.

When BrainGlow Cacao tea was released, I looked at the ingredients and thought it wasn’t for me, so I didn’t order it. However, after seeing the glowing reviews, I felt I needed to give it a try. Enriched with special herbal ingredients, this blend is known for its potential to provide support in times of fatigue and grogginess, making it perfect for a refreshed and energized start to your day. A combination of chocolate, ginger, and herbs gives this blend a sweet and spicy flavor. I added a little organic whole milk, which gave it a lovely creamy finish and turned it into a wonderful chocolate dessert tea. I’m pleased I finally tried this tea.

This lemongrass chai is a true delight, with the rock sugar and splash of milk serving to enhance its already impressive flavor profile. The similarities to the lemon ginger flavor are striking, and I am pleased to report that this tea meets my standards. I believe this is my first experience with a CTC tea from Brook37, and I am impressed by the quality and craftsmanship that has gone into its creation. I have tried the tea both with and without milk, and I find it enjoyable either way. The plum deluxe rock sugar is a highlight, both on its own and when added to the tea ??. Brook37 Tea Atelier yum ??

I purchased this blend the day it went on sale, but kept saving it for a special occasion. Well, although today isn’t a special occasion as such, I just couldn’t wait any longer. So you all know I love my Earl Grey, and even if I do say so myself, I expect a lot from this blend to class it as special. Anything that’s simply average isn’t a keeper for me. I knew this was going to be anything but an ordinary blend as it was created in memory of Phyllis Hoffman and in collaboration with Hoffman Media, this tea reflects her love of Earl Grey and fruity notes, a tribute as lovely and timeless as Phyllis herself. Phyllis Earl Grey has been given a modern makeover with its exotic twist of lavender, pineapple, and calendula. This is a delightful sophisticated blend, they have just a great job with the blending, as you can really taste all the flavors. I do like my earl grey with milk and sugar and this blend really held up well to those additions. This blend is certainly a keeper for me, and one I’ll always keep on hand.

I made my last pot of Liquid Luxor from Brook37 Tea Atelier this morning. I enjoy this tea with milk and honey; it's very warming. I've ordered other teas too.

I just brewed a cup of Twilight Romance from Brook37. This is a second flush Darjeeling. It's smooth, with a bit of nuttiness. It's delicious, and has found a permanent place in my collection as long as it stays in stock!

Brook37 Phyllis Earl Grey, would become a new favorite! I've rarely met an Earl Grey that I didn't like, but this is not the tried and true Earl Grey that we already know and love. Phyllis Earl Grey has floral and fruity notes, thanks to the lavender, calendula, and pineapple ingredients, and has a lightness and zing to it that our traditional Earl Greys don't possess. This is a very special tea that somehow combines a classic favorite with some unexpected layers that work together beautifully! Delectable!
